ZPC Flis is committed to ensuring that the information concerning you remains private. We are therefore publishing a document explaining the principles and how we collect, process and use information about our customers. Please read the document carefully to understand our privacy policy and how we use your personal information.

What legislation governs personal data?

First and foremost is the EU Regulation: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (abbreviated as the "Regulation"), as well as the Data Protection Act dated 10.05.2018.

For what purpose will my data be processed?

Personal data is processed for the purposes of:

  • the implementation of commercial contacts and the implementation of commercial cooperation (legal basis: art. 6(1)(b) of the Personal Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016
  • the implementation of the recruitment of persons for job positions in our company

What data will be processed?

The data we will process are: first name(s), last name, email address, telephone numbers,

Who will my personal data be shared with?

Personal data will be shared to the minimum extent necessary for the provision of services

Will data be transferred outside the European Economic Area?

Personal data obtained from the customer of ZPC Flis Sp.J. will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.

How long will my data be processed?

The data will be stored/processed:

  • if the data relates to a commercial contract concluded with ZPC Flis Sp.J. then for no less than the period necessary for the performance of the contract, the fulfilment of accounting reporting obligations and the limitation period for claims that may arise from the contract (i.e. in principle up to 10 years from the performance of the contract),
  • ·         if they are collected for a purpose other than the performance of the contract, then until you withdraw your consent to their processing for that purpose or until the end of the recruitment process, unless you consent to the processing of your data for future recruitment.

What rights do I have in relation to my data?

The rights that each person has are:

  • the right to request access to his/her personal data (Article 15 of the Regulation), rectification (Article 16 of the Regulation),
  • the right to data portability (art. 20 of the Ordinance),
  • the right to erasure (art. 17 of the Ordinance) in the cases specified in the Ordinance
  • the right to restrict their processing (art. 18 of the Ordinance).
  • the right to object to the processing of his/her personal data (art. 21 of the Regulation). In the case of an objection lodged before or during the performance of the contract, the lodging will entail the impossibility of performing part of all the services under the contract and may be treated as a termination of the contract.
  • the right to withdraw consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation), in cases where processing is based on the consent given
  • the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (i.e. the Office for Personal Data Protection 2 Stawki Street 00-193 Warsaw, tel. 22 531 03 00, kancelaria@uodo.gov.pl) in the event that you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation and the Act.

Where did you get my data from?

Your data was obtained directly from you in the course of the performance of the commercial contract provided by our company .

How do you protect my data?

We provide appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the personal data provided by our customers and processed in the company's IT systems , in particular to prevent access to them by third parties or their processing in violation of the law, to prevent data loss, damage or destruction.
